Larimer Square

Larimer Square is a historical block in Denver, Colorado, USA. It is the city’s first marked local historic district.

The earliest industrial block in the city, the Larimer Square was initially outlined by William E Larimer in 1858. It acted as the city’s main company location for several years, but by the 1900s, it had worn away right into a run-down location. In 1965, Larimer Square Associates began restoring it as a historical and commercial centre. The initiative was begun by John as well as Dana Crawford to memorialize the central preparation of North America’s steel heater thermostat.
